If I need a new rad, is it worth going aftermarket?
Are they much lighter… Ideally I want my teg to weigh as little as possible, its an NA setup, so weight is a big issue.

I don’t know off the top of my head but it is light enoguh to notice a difference when you pick them up. but if you ahve the cash. jsut get a fluidyne.
koyo 92-00 civic radiator. thicker core than fluidyne if im not mistaken.
you won’t notice a difference until you track…when i say track, i mean more than a few runs at a drag strip.
Atleast that’s what i’ve noticed with my fluidyne. After a full day of roadracing (with breaks), some cars were beginning to get heat soaked, where as mine still felt normal.
are those tiny Civic rads really a good idea?
it’s true alot of the Civic rads are thicker core. But, it is also half the size overall…
it’s half the width, but twice as thick.
full-race is selling the PWR civic radiators for $280.
pretty damn good deal.
mark: u got urs yet?
i’m worrying about engine later.
no.
