bringing this back, i have a question, if the evap is gone, where and how will the vapors vent , does it matter will this affect anything? basically i am woundering what they did before this system was around please let me know i am woundering

i used to have 2 of those cylinder things with by b18
when i did a b16 conversion now ive only got 1
but i cant tell you what they are for… only that i didnt need one of them hehe
I want to bring this back up and find out from others if these 2 purge solenoids I can remove? will the car run funny? I am looking to do a wire tuck and would like to get rid of as much useless shit as possible.
I swapped my b20 in and took both of the those purge solenoids out, it seems to run fine.

bringing this up again!..If remove the solenoid that has a hose connecting to the FPR…what would i connect that hose to now if that solenoid is removed?:think:
plug it strait onto the manifold. i removed both of my purge silinoids and my car run fine.
well maybe fine would be the best term:shrug:
