the harmonic balancer is a rubber ring that is placed inside the crank pulley when it’s cast. i don’t know what your friend is smoking, but it’s for damn sure the air force won’t let me try it.
might be referring to switching crank pullies to an Ebay one which removes AC and PS, they don’t all have harmonic balencers I think I read.
