honestly dude change your clutch fast . mine did the same thing and i thought it was the throw out bearing . turned out the clutch was mangled and the springs inside of the clutch disk were riding on the flywheel . and the that was causing the grinding feeling in the clutch .
okay im going to order a whole clutch kit.
