Did it occur to you that he doesnt mass produce these bars, and only produces them as he gets the order? So because the shipping company scratched the bar up, doesnt mean that he has an obligation to go out produce a one off bar for you, when this isnt his source of income, and he isnt making a fortune off the bars he sells. Now, if he was the owner of a huge company like DC who made these things all day, it would be expected that he would exchange it for you. However, this is not the case, and for him to go out and produce another one-off bar for you because it has a scratch or two (which doesnt affect the functionality of it at ALL) would mean a large loss from his pocket, when he doesnt even make a huge profit off these. Its understandable that you paid for a bar that wasnt scratched, but you also bought this bar for performance, which it will excel in. The simple fact of the matter is he isnt a huge company, and its probably not feasible for him to go out and produce another, one-off, equally performing, bar.

If performance was affected, it would be a different story. If you don’t like the scratches, just go buy a rattle can and quit complaining and making such a big deal out of it. You’re spending more time complaining over something small than it really is.

FYI: Painting it would look just as good, and cost less then shipping the bar back to him, and theres no way you could expect him to pay shipping even if he could just repowdercoat it for you. Just paint it or live with it…it’s a good product:)

well i was on the im with he an he said sarry no refund and i asked him what would he do if someone got one all scratched up tell them all well. then he would not reply and then sent his ims to his phone. so i im his phone and i told him who this is an what the problem was and he said he didnt know me something is wrong here.
