I’m new to this site so I’m not sure if this is the right place to post… anyway, I just purchased a built head done by DH racing. I want to run a ECU chip or whole ECU so I can rev higher… which ECU/CHIP is good for my money? I want to rev around 8000 rpm(recommended by DH guys). thanks for the help!!!

Do dyno tuning with a wideband O2 sensor and have someone burn you a chip from HONDATA. Chips are usually manufactured for a certain vehicle with certain modifications. Yes most of the time they will give you increases, but when compared to something that is made specifically for your car with it’s own modifications… well, there isn’t a comparison.
With HONDATA you can pretty much do anything you would ever want to do with it… it’s well worth the money.
