It's not about driving anymore

I’m really sick of these car commercials. It’s rarely about performance anymore unless it’s a truck.

Who buys a car because of the damn radio?!

And don’t get me started on those stupid Buick and Chevy ads. Oh, and that Nissan commercial that drives “right down the middle” because the idiot driver can’t drive the car between two semis.

Sure, it’s not like you can legally accelerate 0-60 in 3 seconds or drive 140mi/h, but a radio is your selling point?

Come on, Acura.

I didn’t buy a certain model because of the radio. It was a full size tablet. On the test drive, i can see the wife taking her eyes off the road trying to adjust the fan by tapping the screen. I still prefer the switches for the AC control.

The adaptive cruise control is straight badass. Can’t imagine an extended drive without it.

I agree with you on no longer about driving. It’s all about taking away driver’s control. In Socal, it is probably for the better

Well certain people definitely shouldn’t be in control. I agree.

Thank goodness I wasnt the only person who thought this was the dumbest car commercial ever!!

all the younger people i know only care about their apple carplay or android auto and bluetooth…blah blah and the car has to be “pretty”

The latest Acura commercial is actually FUN. Like… back to the roots. GOOD JOB! They actually showed a Type R! Total 180.
