I have a b20b with a b16 head and ctr cams ys1 tranny with LSD Megan racing header and 2.5" skunk2 exhaust no cat( test pipe instead) tuned on chrome it made 175 and 118lbs of torque to the wheels. I would like to see what others have made with there set up an to see if you guys think I should get it retuned
Theres one that runs around coose bay. It used to be my friend elvins. i think its made around 215 with no tune. Was in a gutted hatch with racing slicks. Ran a 12 even.
Im in the process now. I just will need to do some machining work on my b16 head and get a mild rebuild on my b20 before the head goes on.
So far the head is just sitting in my closet gathering dust. :rant:
You really need a racing header man. Most Megan stuff is cheap so its not for big builds. Get a reputable racing header with atleast a 2 3/4 exhaust. B20’s love to breathe! I have never seen a megan one so im not aware. But you need one that flows well.
