Nice man. Pretty good for its old age lol

I want to dyno mine but then again i dont think i would be to impressed, so im going to wait for a few more goodies.

Those are decent numbers but im a little dissapointed in them.

I dynoed my last DA(LS motor) that had about 220k on it(at the time I dynoed it) with motor mods consisting of AEM CAI, DC header and tunabi catback with a stock cat and It made 131.8 and 129 ftlbs of tourqe.

whats the compression on your motor look like? im not trying to put down your numbers, Im just currius.

Its always fun to watch your car when its on the dyno:rockon:

I did a bone cold compression test a couple of weeks ago.

175 165 170 185

It sounds about right for a tired motor. My buddy with a B17 swap, I/H/E, S300 tuned on E-85 made 141hp and 111tq. But the mileage on the motor is unknown, and the person who had it before apparently squeezed some NAWZ through it too, so I’m not sure how tired it is. Have you done a leakdown scratchy?

those numbers dont seem to bad.

someone refresh my memory, how much power did they make from the factory?

170hp and I forgot how much torque at the crank, and then add 15% for drivetrain loss, and it’s about one fity at the wheels

B17 made 160hp and 117 lbs/tq.

Yeah, I should have looked at the specs sheet at the top

Time for cams and some tuning  or just forget it and do a whole rebuild.
