my abs light is on
im wondering if i get new brake pads and rotors could this change it i checked my fluid and its goood???
maybe it’s the ABS module or sensors?
there is an oring/seal inside that cracks over time. it bleeds off pressure when the system is starting up, and the abs light comes on indicating the system is disabled. you can also force it to disable itself if you drive forward with the ebrake up for a few seconds.
when you start the car does the abs pump make a whirring noise then stop and the light comes on?
how much do i pull up the ebrake???
