Rear upper control arm help

I have a serious problem with the rear upper control arm bolts. On the first bolt, the bolt hole thread is stripped. On the other bolt, the metal around the bolt hole is cracked. It seems the bolt hole actually moves with the bolt and won’t come out.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this fixed? Perhaps a body shop or a performance shop? I appreciate your feedback.

You’re going to have to take it to a frame repair shop for them to cut the floorpan to get access to the back of the nuts that are spot welded to the frame.

Yeah, the same thing happened to me. One of the nuts that’s welded to the inside of the frame got loose somehow and dropped inside the frame. We had to cut a hole just underneath the nut location(at the bottom of the frame) so that we could get access to it. Then we used a wrench to hold the nut in place and screwed the bolt in. It was a real PITA. Having a professional fix this might be your best bet.
