your not talking about the wheel speed sensor wire are you?
try adjusting your e brake cable
Not trying to be a dick, but if you search a little I am sure you will see that LOTS of us have had the rears lock up. This is a VERY common Honda/Acura problem for G2s with 100k+ miles. The simple fix is just to replace your rear brakes and calipers and be done with it.
