I noticed when i rev my motor, on the lower distributor mount bolt, there are sparks.

any ideas?

we can’t see what component you’re talking about…

sounds like there is arcing going on. something is probably wrong with your distributor or cap. i’ve never heard of electricity jumping out of the distributor onto the negine via a distributor mounting point!

You’re most likely correct gilcontr, so his best is to start with a new Distributor Cap and Rotor.
