Stuck in the Spark Plug Hole : Please HELP

Here’s what I did. I slap this compression tester into the spark plug hole, do the test, then remove the compression tester but the adapter stayed in ( I assume the adapter wasn’t on tight). Tried using threadlocker to get it out but it ain’t working. What are my options fellas? Besides pulling the head. Thanks!

I bought one of those flexible spring claw retrievers for when I check my compression. Make sure it’s unscrewed from the plug hole all the way, stick this tool down in there, and retrieve it.

i think what he means is the adaptor is still screwed into the threads for the spark plug.

gl getting it out, my best guess would be needle nose pliers or hammer a big flat head screw driver onto it and try to back it out like that, but the adaptor will be fucked
