Hi guys I have a 92 LS and I stated having an issue where it would not crank sometimes, One time I was out and the car just did not want to crank at all so I lightly hit the starter with a hammer and it turned right on. My question is should I be looking into buying another starter because ever since I hit it it hasn’t acted up. Also is there a rebuilt kit or anything for the starter or would I have to buy a whole new one??
Also I forgot to mention that the check engine did not and does not come on!
