power steering pump won't work

I have a '93 GS and I just replaced the timing belt. after reassembly everything went great except the power steering pump reservoir started to overflow, and now there isn’t any assist. I figured it was air in the system, so I ran it and worked the wheel back and forth to bleed it out. The reservoir is still full (haven’t added any, and it wasn’t overfilled before) and doesn’t seem to be overflowing anymore but their still isn’t any assist in the steering. I am not sure where to go from here or what to try next.

And yes I tried searching, but couldn’t find any other threads with this problem???

Please HELP!

look for pinched lines in the entire ps circuit… does the engine bog down when you turn the wheel at stop? if not then you have no fluid in the rack or in your pump for that matter… good luck!
