I need to remove the camshaft, to check the cylinder head bolts. I don’t want to remove the crank pulley because I don’t have the tool to do that. Is it possible to slip the timing belt off of the cam pulley and back on without removing the crank pulley?
no need to remove the pulley. loosen the timing belt tensioner and the timing belt will slip right off.
