alright i go to leave my friends house just now and go to turn on my car it turns over then stalls wait a minute try it again this time it just keeps cranking i’m getting a code 15 which i know has to do with the ign. i have a brand new icm, wires, plugs, cap and rotor and also i noticed that when i drive my tach bounces and yes i already did the teg tip a while back any ideas on what it could be???
