New Engine... what needs to chaneg will its out

I just received my new “used” engine to replace my old one. So I just want to replace nessary stuff like gasket, seals and ect. But I need you guys/girls on what all to buy and replace.

I have all thses so far…

  • Timinig Belt
  • Head Gasket
  • Thermostat
  • Piston Rings
  • Water Pump
  • Oil Pump
  • Oil Pan Gasket
  • Motor and Tranny Mounts
  • Belts
  • Vaccum Hoes
  • Clutch(since tranny will out anyways)
  • Also you do guys recommand me sqriting oil on Cams, Piston, Cylinder, and Crank because the car hasn’t had fluids for about 6 months before we start it up.

Yes definitely squirt oil on that junk. Clean it up, and keep it clean and lubed before the install.

If you are going to have pretty much everything apart anyway you could use assembly lube.
