hey is there a write up to install aftermarket cams i.e. crower 403’s. i can’t seem to find a write up with pictures or anythign to help me learn how to install cams/valvesprings on a b18a. time to get flamed :worry:

It’s written for VTEC cams. However the basic procedure is the same. Just don’t follow the torques and valve settings given (I’m not positive that they are different for a non-vtec head but you should just use a shop manual for your head. i.e. Helm’s) If you use that, a Helm’s and the cam manufacturer’s directions you should have all the information you need.
