i have a 90 gs auto and i think the tranny is about done, long story short trannys are expensive… i found a 95 ls auto for $150… does anyone if it will work?? if not is there a way to make it work
the electronics are different for sure - there is another thread on this, I think somebody is trying it to see if it works.

If you were to swap the ECU and complete engine wiring harness, and use 92+ injectors and sensors, it would work.
94+ ECUs control the tranny, 90-93 have a seperate control unit with different wiring.
It’d be a lot more trouble than it’s worth.
