I did some research on the boards but did not come up with anything solid.
This is what happens:
I drive to work in the morning and after some 15 minutes my battery light comes on and stays lit. If I rev it above about 4k it goes off and sometimes it also goes off when in idle. :wtf:
I noticed on the boards that if anything, for most people it’s the opposite - the light comes on when at high rpms. The suggestion was that this could be an alternator problem in those cases - any suggestions for me? (It will be a couple of days before I will have time to take the car to the shop :think:.
