well i think it might be time to change the clutch. The other day my clutch started to feel really weird when i relsead it in 1st to take off. When i would let go of the clutch it would feel like it was shanking or vibrating, i could feel it through the pedal. what do you guys think?
do i have to worry about what year the clutch kit is meant for since all be series motors are pretty much the same, or are the spline counts different?
spline count is different between 90-91 and 92-93 transmissions.
Yeah, a 90-91 clutch is different than a 92-93 one.
1- pull e-brake
2- gently try to take off in second gear
a- car dies or stumbles= ok to good clutch
b- cluch spins and car goes nowhere
Maybe rear main seal. Is the problem worse when the car has sat for a day or two?
