What sensor is this?

What is this? I don’t see it in my Haynes and can’t really search for it since I don’t know what to search for. Thanks.

you have a 90-91 so it should be your second O2 sensor.

I thought the 90-91 were OBD0 and so only had one O2 sensor?

unless someone put a vtec upper manifold on your engine i dunno what it is. what do the wires lead to? (looks like went straight to where the 2nd 02 is on the vtec ones)

The O2 sensor came from the 3rd cylinder primary and the mystery sensor came from the 2nd cylinder primary.

Turns out the exhaust manifold is from a B16.
