Car On 3cyls When Cold.... Any Ideas?

Ok here is my problem see if anyone can help !!! ill explain the problems that lead up to my final problem. Well my drivers side axle boot inside ripped . so grease went all over the alternator causing it to fail , and while failed it registered 18+ volts after 4000rpm . volt regulator went bad so I replaced that, and good as new. But now I have a bad sputtering , like it on 3cyl in the moring when cold. After about 3 mins it will be fine . I do have #1 spark plug stuck in the head. Is that plug prob fouled , and when cold it doesn’t, fire but as it warmed up it fires fine? Do you think since the alternator went bad it fouled that plug. Well any help would be great just wanna make sure what It might be , I will change head soon but just wanna make sure everything else is fine , only other thing I could think is distributer could be bad too?

See if you can get that plug out of the head. Cheaper / simpler problem solving first. Then maybe even try a different plug wire. Then distributor.

Anything could have gotten fried from that alternator though.
