Code 7, throttle angle (what is this?)

Background:

Bad starting issues, random misfires (what it felt like) throughout 2-4K rpm. Bought a new fuel relay and solved all those problems, car starts reliably again, and I have not experienced any hesitations/misfires since.

Not sure if this CEL has anything to do with my MFR issue, but it happened all in the same time frame.

Later in the day of installing the fuel relay (not right after) CEL comes on and gives me 7 fast blinks. Engine does not seem to be affected by the CEL.

So what the heck is a throttle angle, and how do you correct this?

thanks man, that helps quite a bit, no idea there was a throttle angle sensor
