I have a 90’ GS hatch that I recently bought that I absolutely love!!! It has all options except a/c. Now I’m going to be going to school down in AZ next year and well needless to say A/C is a must have option in the desert. My question is, is it possible to swap all the a/c parts on to my car from a G2 donor car that came with a/c as a factory option??? How hard would it be?? Does anyone have any info on this type of thing?? I really need a/c but I dont want to get a new car since this one is so nice.
Yes it is possible to swap AC into a non-AC car since it was an option. It’s not really that difficult, you just have to get all the parts.
If you were in CA, I’d trade you your non-AC stuff for my AC parts.
So its pretty much just unbolting the old shit and putting on the new a/c parts?? How many hours worth of work do you think it would take?? I dont really have the tools or the time to do it myself so I will most likely have someone do it for me. Also, I have a LS engine swapped into my teg out of a 2000 Integra so will that change anything??
