ok so its been like a week since my driver side window stopped working. its not the switch or the motor. i can get it go down half way, then it wont come back up, i can even pull or push it down or up. i hear the motor running but its like the gears arent catching. ive pulled apart the door panel, and the thin plastic but i cant see the problem. is it a quick fix like adjusting a bolt? i searched and all the other window problems were either switches or fuses.

window regulator wore out that why you can push it down an pull it up
how can i fix it then?
