well im thinking about installing type r cams (ITR) in my 1st gen B16 and just want to here some comments on wether its a good idea. Dont really have too many mods on motor besides DC headers and Skunk2 pro series manifold. So help me out. need some advice. thanks
I would spend that cash on a better header you would be happy with that over the cams.
if you do get type-r’s make sure you get the 00-01’s. With the manifold it will wake up on top end. Or just save and get some valvetrain and skunk stg1’s. and wats so wrong with the DC header? the motor is stock internaly theres no need for a 500$ header just yet. especialy for a B16.
Yeah I don’t really want to spent more cash on headers that’s why I wanted cams
the usa made dc header are crap they make just as much as a cheap ebay header.
