Long Answer:
If you’re talking about the B17 crank from the 92-93 GS-R, then you can swap in the crank, rods and pistons from the B17 and end up with a motor that is identical to a B17 except for the stamp on the outside of the block.
If you’re talking about the crank from a B18C, it is doable but would require custom rods and most likely some modifications to the block for clearance. Easier, cheaper and more reliable to just buy the B18C in the first place.
