acl bearings

i have bought acl race bearings. is it best to send the shop to do it for you or is it possible to do it at home? the only part i worry about is the acl crankshaft bearings. i have never taken it out before.

my plan is to go ls vtec.

it isnt that hard just remember to oil them when you put them in and let the engine turn over for a few min before actually start it up

what if i were to run them w/o out the acl crank bearings and run acl rod bearings and washers? can it be easily be safely passed 8k rpms?

i have trouble finding the guide to take out the crank and putting it back in…closest to it was evans but he has a gsr and really really complicated…
