Just got my 2nd gen b16a, took the stock header off, and noticed there are no spots for the O2 sensors? I know I need two oxygen sensors, is this normal? I’m so confused right now as to why my header has no oxygen sensor ports :S

Same here atleast with the computer. Im running a obd0 pr3 and ive read that they run two o2s. So im not sure whats up with your headers im runnng DC sport headers. Havent gotten my motor in so idk if itll throw a code for a secondary o2.

Use a single 4 wire heated unit on the down pipe near the flange.

2nd gen b16a would have come out of an obd1 vehicle, which means it was originally equipped with a single 4-wire O2 sensor which is mounted in the collector right before the cat.
Only the 1st gen b16a was setup with single wire O2 sensors in the primaries.
