I bought my car with a jdm Y1 lsd tranny and need to replace my clutch. I dont remember what clutch the guy said to use so I need some help.
To help give you guys an idea if needed. my car is a 91 GS B18b mild boltons with ABS. so do i need a b16 clutch or can i use a YS1 LS clutch.
you need to use any 90-91 integra clutch s1 y1 j1 a1 all the same. should ahve searched its been covered
yeah but in terms of what i need to tell the guy over the counter in the parts store I dont think he’ll give me the right clutch if I say i need a Y1 clutch.
so just to make sure im getting this right all i need to say is i need a 91 gs clutch right.
You need 90-91 clutch, spline shaft diameter is different on the ys1.
Most parts places go on the year of the car as a reference. So if you tell him that you have a 90 or 91 Integra, you should get what you want.
