Ok i know its probably a re-thread but those other ones didn’t answer my questions. I am rebuilding my 90’ ls and i am wondering if it would be a good idea to get typr-R pistons. i am boring the cylinders and would it be ok to just buy them and bore the cylinders to fit? If not what brand should i use? daily driver replacing engine with crower 403’s and all the other essentials…
i don’t think i quite understand your question, but if you’re planning on boring, then get the matching piston.
