Are there any catches or issues to mounting a H22 throttle body to a b series manifold? specifically a b18b1 manifold? It looks pretty much the same.

I mounted an h22a4 tb to a b16a1 manifold once. It mounted fine but the tps’s were different. The throttle body I had would have had to be modded to change out tps’s. I am not sure about throttle linkage but I know the tb will bolt up…not sure if that helps any
