Hey i could get a real good deal on a type r intake manifold, so my question is could i use my old throtle body from my b17 intake manifold or do i need to get a typr r throtle body and would it be more benificial to get one.

is that a yes i can use my old throtle body cause new type r throtle bodies are like 400 bucks and i’ve yet to see a used one for less than 300 bucks so could i use mine till i can afford a type r one.
