Ok, so I FINALLY got my turbo from turbocalculator (NEVER buy anything from them) and the charge side of the thing is aligned so it would be pointing right at my radiator. Can I just loosen the housing bolts and change the orientation? Also I want the oil return line pointing down (not shown) so I’ll need to rotate the center also.

Yep, just loosen the bolts and ‘clock’ everything in the place where you want it to be.
Just dont take any bolts all the way out.
