new 1pc head lights and need help

Like the title says I just bought a used pair of 1pc head light for my car and I have been
Trying to find out what bulbs to use cause I was told that I can use my stock bulbs and I have heard from others that I have to use the h4h bulbs.

If you guys could clear things up fro me it would be nice thanks

If it is JDM one pieces, it is H4H.

stock bulbs will work but suck. When i bought my 2nd teg, one jdm headlight had h4h, the other had an h4. the h4h was aimed properly and the h4 was way up… i switched out the h4 and put in a proper h4h and all was well… just get h4h!
