Have you checked the fuses?
When checking fuses, don’t just eyeball them, use a meter or test light or replace them with known working ones.
Non working rear window defog on G2s is a common problem and almost always related to a problem with the ICU.
To properly troubleshoot electrical issues in your car you need a multimeter, if you do not have one either borrow or buy one, $20 will get you one, [Radio Shack] that will do the job, it will pay for itself in no time. 94
92 g2 teg ls ill go back over them with the fuse meter thing what do i look for next after that? cuz i cant change the climate control either
Don’t forget to check your main fuses, and don’t forget the main acc. fuse in the under dash fuse box.
If all the fuses are good start checking all the harness plugs/connections to the fuse boxes.
Without a multimeter there is not much else you can do. 94
