alarm draining battery?

so, for some reason when i close my door, a few seconds later the alarm arms itself. so when i park in my garage i leave my door open so the alarm doesn’t arm itself.

my question is, could leaving my door open be draining my battery? i just replaced a two month old battery :wtf: . the guy at “kreagen” said that the battery had a bad cell.

Why not just put alarm into valet to keep it from arming, or if you don’t like the passive arming, reprogram the alarm to active arming :roll: 94
