OK I have A viper car alarm in my car and let me tell you guys this really bugs me. The passenger door wont open when the car is on, because the alarm automatically locks the passenger door when the car starts and the lock is broken on the passenger side externally but the alarm still locks it when the car is off and you lock it but if you put the key in it it just keeps twisting around and doesnt unlock it. On the inside when u push down the button it feels liek its not attatched to any thing, its just free. If i buy new locks I am going to have to get a new key right? I kinda just want to be able to get teh part inside the car where u unlock it so you canm atleast open the door when the car is on, so you dont have to shut it off everytime just so u can open the damn door, if anyone can help please reply I want to fix this asap.

Open your door panel and see if the rods are hook up to your door lock.
