im runnin a obd1 in my 91 ls and its throwing 13 lights which i saw was atmospheric pressure sensor …does anyone have any idea how to fix this …also is this holding my car back from starting cause it wont turn over …i know its kinda a plain explanation but can this error hold it back from starting???
