Diagnosing Water Leak in Trunk.

These are the all the possible leak points I found:
1: Sunroof drain hoses that run down each side to rear corners can come out of their drain plug ends. Look behind the inner side panels, you'll see.
2: Taillight gaskets. After 10 years, these guys could be toast.
3: Power antennae drain.
4 : The pressure-vents on each side at the rear. To get at these, take the bumper cover off. They are behind it on each side. The rubber gaskets that run around them could both be toast.

By the way, there are drainage holes for the trunk and these can get blocked easily. If you look by the rear tail hitch, there are two holes on either side of the hook. These holes go all the way up to inside the trunk near where the jack is located. Clean this area to allow the water to flow out.
