"The meet was planned at about 12 noon and people didn't really show up until 1. I was there waiting with my GF and playing with my remote control car when someone pulled up in a Toyota truck (A guy with a GF who has a G2. I forgot his name. sorry). The first group of guys to come were the Northern guys from Sac. Their late excuse was a sad flat tire. Not really an excuse but a mere infraction. But they got there and did a little tour around the target parking lot. They were all there. I can't really remember all their names but there were 5 cars. So from that point we were chillin in the parking lot with 6 cars. Pretty cool. Then about half an hour later were the south bay guys from SF and SJ. They came rollin in loud and crazy. There were 7 guys from down south. That made a total of 13. We then got to know each other for a while, popping engines, looking at interiors, bumping sound systems, and taking pictures. Then we all decided to grab a bite to eat and since McDonalds was the closest place, and cheapest, we all went there. All stormed over like across the parking lot with roaring engines each one launching off of a little stop sign in the parking lot. We all parked perfectly next to each other except for this Volkswagen in the middle. 'Whiteblur' tried to go inside to get the person to move but there were no takers on who owned the car. We took some pics there. It kinda felt as if we were a big bike club or something. People peering onto us as if we were some thugs about to turn McDonalds upside down. Anyways, the McDonalds parking lot was getting old so we decided to go down the street to the huge Costco parking lot. There we all rolled up and 'whiteblur' rolling up doing some donuts! We created a little trouble with the Costco gas station, but was all cleared up when Matt and I spoke to him. We found the Social Security parking lot a better site to post the tegs and take pics. So there the pics were taken. (Most of the pics can be seen on Nick's Tuning Garage). Nick went as far as climbing this huge hill just to get the 'right shot' but a huge light pole just got in the way. After the picture session it was getting late and people had some long drives ahead of them so we called it a day and a successful meet all thanks to Neil getting us all together. On the way home though, we all went north on the 80 and had a little drive up some hills and we all parted ways there. 'That's all I have to say about that...' More to come in the future nor cal meets!!"Eric Ramirez
